A Mac version of Find the Nerd is not started. It is on the list of things that happen if enough people ask for it, so the honest thing to say is: Ask.

What it would be

The full game on a bigger screen, with mouse and keyboard beside touch: The six chapters, the Daily Mission, the Labs and the World Archives, in 15 languages.

In the meantime

The web edition, chapter one with mouse and keyboard, already runs in a browser on a Mac for testers. That is the fastest way to play on a Mac today.
